The chalet situated in the Haute Savoie region in one of the most beautiful villages of the French Alps. In winter as in summertime it is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. In wintertime the ski bus stops at approximately 100 m. away from the chalet to take you to the nearest slopes of “La Croix Fry” ,Manigod (7km) and from there, you have access to the whole of “La Clusaz” Ski system (210 km) witch covers “Grand Bornand”, La Clusaz and Manigod, this area’s is covered by the “Aravis lift pass”.

In summertime the lake of Annecy is 20 min. away and offers a great variety of water and mountains sports. Geneva is I hour, Chambery 1 hour, Talloires 20 min., Thones 10 min. away by car, Thônes has a lovely market at saterday mornings, whit regional products.

The chalet is situated 1 km above the village of Manigod and 7 km of the first slopes. Mountain sports in summer: mountain climbing, cycling, walking, hang gliding, horse riding, swimming, sailing, water-ski, carting, tennis, etc. In winter: down hill and cross country ski, snowboard, bobbing, walking, and skating.
